Ingredients

MEATLOAF: Ground Beef Eggs ∣ Ketchup ∣ Onion Quick-Cooking Oats Worcestershire Sauce GLAZE: Ketchup ∣ Brown Sugar Garlic Powder ∣ Onion Power ∣ Apple Cider Vinegar

In a large bowl, combine all of the meatloaf ingredients together and mix well. Take the mixture and shape it into a loaf.

Let's Make It!

In a small bowl, combine all of the glaze ingredients.

Place the meatloaf onto a baking pan, then brush on 1/3 of the glaze. Bake for 45 minutes at 350ºF.

Remove the meatloaf from the oven and increase the heat to 400ºF. Brush on the remaining glaze and bake for another 20 minutes.

How Can I Tell My Meatloaf Is Done?

Use an instant read thermometer to check if it has an internal temperature of 160ºF. If you don’t have a thermometer, you can also stick a metal fork in the middle. If it’s very hot when you remove it, the meatloaf should be done.
