Lemon Blueberry Cake

Ingredients

Lemon Extract Lemon Zest Butter | Sugar | Eggs Vanilla Extract Flour | Blueberries Buttermilk Lemon Juice Cream Cheese 

Cream the butter and sugar until very light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla extract, lemon extract, and lemon zest.

Let's Make It!

Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Alternatively add flour & buttermilk to mixture, beating until just combined. Fold in blueberries.

Remove from oven & poke holes all over warm cake. Pour drizzle over cake and let seep in. Spread drizzle around and evenly distribute.

Can I use a cake mix instead?

Yes! Prepare cake mix as instructed. Add lemon extract and zest. Fold in the blueberries. Once baked poke the holes & add the lemon glaze.
