Ingredients Needed:

Sweetened Condensed Milk Key Lime Juice Sour Cream Lime Zest Whipped Cream Pie Crust (graham cracker or gluten-free recipe included!)

Instead of a traditional  graham cracker pie crust try this quick and easy oatmeal crust for a gluten-free pie!

Whisk together the lime juice, sour cream, condensed milk, and lime zest.

Pour into crust and bake for 10 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in for 30 minutes. Refrigerate and top with whipped cream!

Do I need to use fresh key lime juice?

No, you may use regular lime juice or store bought key lime juice.
