Ingredients

Butter | Garlic Potatoes | Carrots Celery | Chicken Broth Dry Mustard Half & Half Cornstarch Cream Cheese Sharp Cheddar

Melt the butter and saute the vegetables and garlic until tender.

Let's Make It!

Add the broth, seasonings, and Worcestershire sauce. Seal the Instant Pot and cook for 8 minutes.

Release the pressure and add the cream and cornstarch mixture to thicken.

Serve with cheese, bacon, green onions, and sour cream. Enjoy!

Can I Make This Healthier?

To reduce calories substitute milk or non-dairy milk for the half and half. The cheese may also be omitted and you will still have a creamy potato soup.
