Chicken Thighs Ketchup Honey Soy Sauce Fresh Ginger Rice Vinegar Garlic Cornstarch

In a small bowl, combine and whisk together all of the sauce ingredients

Let's Make It!

Add the chicken thighs to the instant pot, add the sauce mixture, then seal and cook for 10 minutes

Remove the thighs from the pot. Then slowly combine cornstarch and water with the sauce ingredients using Saute function.

Serve the chicken over rice or with a side of your choice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

What To Do If You Get A Burn Warning?

Quickly cancel the cooking and release the pressure. Mix the contents around and make sure to scrape up any brown bits on the bottom, then resume cooking for the remaining time
