Ingredients Needed:

Round Steak Butter Onion Mushrooms Beef Broth Paprika ∣ Parsley Onion Powder Sour Cream Flour (or GF Flour)

First, saute the beef in oil until seared on the outside. 

Add the butter, onions, and mushrooms. Cook until softened. 

Stir in the broth and seasonings. Seal and cook under pressure for 20 minutes. 

Stir together the sour cream and flour. Add some hot broth to the mixture.

Stir the mixture back into the pot. Simmer until thick and creamy.

Can I make this recipe in a slow cooker?

Yes! Place everything except sour cream and flour in the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 8 hours before adding sour cream / flour at end.
