Quick Cooking Oats Butter Yeast Eggs Honey Flour

Combine the oats, butter, boiling water and salt in a small bowl. Then allow to cool to lukewarm.

Let's Make It!

To that mixture add the yeast, eggs, honey and 3 cups flour and mix well.

Use a dough hook in a stand mixer and add additional flour until the dough is no longer sticky. Continue to knead until smooth.

Let the dough rise, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with oats. Bake for 30 minutes.
