Salmon Butter Apricot Preserves Whole Grain Mustard Dijon Mustard

Combine melted butter, apricot preserves, dijon mustard and whole grain mustard in a small bowl.

Let's Make It!

Preheat your grill and then place salmon on a large foil. Brush half the glaze on top and then seal packet.

Grill for 10 minutes, then open packet to brush on remaining sauce.

Cook the foil wrapped salmon on the grill. Then remove, brush on more sauce, and broil for 1-2 minutes.

Does It Matter If I Keep The Skin On?

No. Prepare grilled salmon in foil with or without the skin on. Salmon skin is perfectly fine to eat, and loaded with nutrients, such as more omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B, D, and selenium.
