Ingredients

Green Beans Lemon Juice Balsamic Vinegar Dijon Mustard Sugar Garlic Powder Red Onion Cherry Tomatoes Blue Cheese or Feta

Cook the fresh green beans. Once cooked, submerge in ice water to stop cooking and keep them crisp tender.

Let's Make It!

In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.

Add the red onion and dressing to the green beans and mix. Cover and refrigerate.

Just before serving, add the tomatoes and cheese. Serve cold or at room temperature and enjoy!

Can I Cook The Beans In A Pressure Cooker?

Yes! Pour 1 cup water into inner pan of pressure cooker. Put steamer basket inside and place washed and trimmed beans in basket. Place lid on top, seal, and set to HIGH pressure for 1 minute. Quick release and then place in ice water.
