Concord Grape Pie

This was so yummy!!  So scrumptious! They got gobbled up quickly and were loved by all! This will be a grape season staple in our home. Thanks for sharing.



Pie Crust Dough Concord Grapes Sugar Flour Butter Lemon Juice

Squeeze the grapes so the skins separate from the pulps. Bring the pulps to a boil then strain out the seeds.

Let's Make It!

To the hot pulp, add butter, lemon, sugar, and flour.

Stir in the grape skins and pour into the pie crust.

Mix together the streusel topping, sprinkle on the crust, and bake.

Serve warm with ice cream or at room temperature.

Can I Freeze the filling?

Yes! The filling can be prepared and frozen to pour in pie crusts and bake later.
