Ingredients

Gluten-Free Flour Sugar Baking Powder Baking Soda Sugar Eggs Buttermilk Butter Dried Cranberries

Whisk together the dry ingredients. Make a well in the center and then pour in the liquid ingredients.

Let's Make It!

Mix the two together until a thick dough is formed. Add in cranberries and work in to combine.

Shape the dough into a ball and slice a "cross" on top. Bake for 60-70 minutes.

Cool slightly and enjoy warm with butter!

Can I make this dairy-free?

Yes! Replace the buttermilk with dairy-free milk and the melted butter with a non-dairy substitute.
