Ingredients Needed:

Zucchini Eggs Sugar Brown Sugar Vanilla Extract Gluten-Free Flour Baking Powder Baking Soda Cinnamon

Grate the zucchini and then place in a paper towel to soak up all the moisture

Let's Make It!

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla  and sugar.

Mix in the dry ingredients. Then stir in the zucchini and any other optional ingredients.

Bake for 1 hour. Once cooled, slice, serve and enjoy!
