Ingredients

Butter Light Brown Sugar Sugar Eggs Vanila Extract GF All Purpose Flour Baking Soda White Chocolate Chips Macadamia Nuts

In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla.

Let's Make It!

Mix in the GF flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in white chocolate chips, nuts. Cover and  refrigerate for 30 mins.

Place scoops of cookie dough on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 12-14 minutes.

Letting the dough rest makes the cookies soft and chewy instead of gritty and grainy!

Can I Store The Cookie Dough?

Yes! If you want to store the unbaked cookie dough, use a cookie scoop to proportion out all the dough on baking sheets. Then freeze them. Once frozen, store in a ziplock bag for up to 3 months!
