Butter  Whole Milk Egg Whites  Vanilla Extract GF All Purpose Flour Baking Soda Baking Powder Sugar

In a medium bowl, mix melted butter in with egg whites, milk and vanilla.

Divide the batter between the muffin cups. Fill about 2/3 full.

How To Freeze Unfrosted Cupcakes?

Wrap each cupcake in plastic wrap and then place in a gallon ziplock bag. They're good for up to 3 months!
