Gluten Free Pie Crust Sweet Potatoes Light Brown Sugar Eggs | Vanilla Extract Cinnamon | Nutmeg Ginger | Cloves Evaporated Milk

Prick the sweet potatoes a few times with a fork and bake until soft and tender

Let's Make It!

Combine the crust ingredients and roll out the crust. Place in a pie tin and bake for 25 minutes.

Combine all of the filling ingredients in a large bowl and beat together until smooth

Pour the filling into the pie crust and bake in the oven until the filling is set.

Can I Make This Ahead of Time?

Yes! The pie crust can be made a few days ahead of time before baking. I even recommend baking the pie 1 day before serving to allow the spices to blend together more completely!
