Sweet Potatoes Heavy Cream Butter Brown Sugar | Egg Orange Zest Chex Cereal Pecans Cinnamon

Prick the sweet potatoes a few times with a fork and roast them. Once roasted, peel them and mash them in a large bowl

Let's Make It!

Mix together the remaining casserole ingredients with the sweet potatoes. Transfer to a baking dish.

Combine all of the topping ingredients - Chex cereal, melted butter, brown sugar and pecans. Sprinkle on top and bake for 30 minutes.

Can I Make This Dairy Free?

Yes! You can make this recipe dairy free by replacing the butter with a vegan butter substitute and replace the heavy cream with full-fat coconut milk or almond milk
