Peaches Sugar | Pecans Cornstarch Gluten-Free Oats Gluten-Free Flour Brown Sugar Sugar Vanilla Extract Butter

In a large bowl toss together all of the filling ingredients. Then pour into a prepped baking dish and set aside.

Let's Make It!

In a food processor, blend together the remaining ingredients except for the pecans and butter.

Add the pecans and butter and blend together. Then spread out on top of the filling in the baking dish.

Bake until the top is golden brown, then let cool on a wire rack. Once ready, serve with ice cream and enjoy!

Can I Use Frozen Peaches?

Yes! If using frozen peaches, first, thaw the peaches and drain away any excess liquid. When making the filling, add an additional 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
