GF Pie Dough Brown Sugar Sugar Eggs | Unsalted Butter GF Flour Strawberries Instant Tapioca Lemon Juice

Prepare the Gluten Free crust. Roll and transfer to a 9-inch pie plate. Freeze until ready to fill.

Let's Make It!

In a large bowl, mix together the strawberries, sugars, tapioca, and lemon juice. Allow to rest for about 10 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine all of the crumb topping ingredients and set aside.

Pour the filling into the frozen crust. Clump off the streusel and sprinkle over the strawberries.

Bake the pie at 400ºF for about 15 minutes then reduce temp to 350ºF and continue baking for 35 minutes. Cool, serve, and enjoy!

Why Change The Baking Temperature?

Start at a high oven temperature crisps the crust quickly. Finishing baking at a slightly lower temperature until the filling bubbles throughout.
