Butter Powdered Sugar Vanilla Extract Gluten Free Flour

In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix in the gluten-free flour.

Let's Make It!

Transfer the dough to a sheet of parchment paper and roll into a smooth log. Chill for 20 minutes.

Take a sharp knife and cut into 1/2" rounds. Place the cookies on a lined baking sheet.

Bake for 20-22 minutes. Cool, serve and enjoy!

Can I use this dough for cut out cookies?

Yes. The dough can be rolled and cut out with cookie cutters or sliced into rectangles. It can also be pressed into a 9X13 baking pan.
