Ingredients

GF Crispy Rice Cereal Unsalted Butter Mini Marshmallows Vanilla Extract

First brown the butter for an extra yummy flavor! Melt it in a sauce pan and then watch carefully until it gradually browns.

Let's Make It!

Off the heat, add the marshmallows, vanilla and salt. Place the pot back over medium-low heat and stir continuously until the marshmallows are melted and smooth.

Stir in the cereal and the reserved 2 cups of mini marshmallows. Press into a baking pan using the butter wrapper.

Let the bars cool at room temp for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Can I Make These Dairy Free?

Yes! Instead of butter, use plant-based butter sticks, such as Earth Balance butter sticks. Since dairy-free butter does not contain milk solids, skip the browning step and instead just melt the butter.
