Sugar | Eggs Sour Cream | Oil Vanilla Extract | GF Flour Baking Powder Baking Soda  Red Food Coloring Cocoa Powder

In a large bowl, combine the sugar and wet ingredients for the cake batter and whisk together.

Let's Make It!

Add all of the dry ingredients for the cake to the wet ingredient mixture and mix together.

Divide the cake batter into the two cake pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then allow to cool.

Cool completely and then spread on fluffy cream cheese frosting. Serve and enjoy!

Can I Freeze This Cake?

Yes! Frost and freeze the entire cake or leftover slices. To freeze a whole cake, freeze until solid and then wrap it securely with plastic wrap. Freeze up to 3 months, and thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
