Melted Butter Milk | Vinegar Eggs | Baking Soda Vanilla Extract Gluten Free Flour Granulated Sugar Baking Powder

In a large bowl, mix together the milk and vinegar and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Then add the eggs, vanilla and melted butter and whisk together.

In a separate large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Then add the wet ingredients mixture and mix together.

Grease the griddle and add about 1/4 cup of batter. Cook for about 2 minutes, flip, then cook the other side. Serve and enjoy!
