Ingredients

Oatmeal (ground into flour) Honey Psyllium Husk Powder Salt | Plain Yogurt Milk | Eggs | Oil

Make the oat flour by placing 2 ½ cups rolled oats in a high-powered blender or a food processor. Blend the oats until it turns into a fine, powdery flour.

Let's Make It!

To the oat flour add the psyllium husk powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, yogurt, milk, eggs, oil, and honey. Blend.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. If desired, sprinkle additional oats on top before baking.

 Bake. Let cool and enjoy!

why Psyllium husk powder?

It helps with binding. Without the psyllium powder, the bread is just as tasty, but has a more fragile texture, not really suitable for sandwiches.
