Gluten-Free Macaroni Red Apple Lemon Juice Mayonnaise Celery Stalk Red Onion Sweet Relish Granulated Sugar Dijon Mustard

Start by boiling your pasta until it is al dente. Then drain and rinse with cold water.

Dice the apples and toss in the lemon juice, then set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients together. Then add in the apple and pasta.

Can I Make This Ahead of Time?

You may make the salad up to 24 hours before serving. When it’s time to serve, let it sit out for 30-45 minutes, stirring a couple times, so it comes to room temp. This softens the bite of the pasta.
