Ingredients

GF Elbow Pasta GF All Purpose Flour Onion Powder  Dry Mustard | Milk Garlic Powder Butter | Cream Cheese Evaporated Milk American Cheese Extra Sharp Cheddar

While the pasta is boiling, prep the other ingredients because the recipe comes together fast.

Let's Make It!

Melt the butter and whisk in your GF flour / seasoning combo. Slowly pour in the evaporated milk and milk, whisking constantly.

Whisk in the cream cheese, then start adding the cheeses. Add handfuls at a time.

Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes, uncovered.

Key things to remember!

Use freshly grated cheese, not bags of pre shedded, which will make sauce grainy. In addition, boil pasta for less than called for on the package. It will finish cooking as it bakes.
