Ingredients

Gluten Free Rolled Oats Cashews Almonds Cinnamon Nutmeg Orange Butter Brown Sugar Maple Syrup

In a large bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients and spices.

Let's Make It!

In a small saucepan, melt together the butter, maple syrup, brown sugar and salt. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix.

Spread the granola mixture on a prepped baking sheet. Top with a piece of parchment paper and another baking sheet. This helps it bake into chewy clusters!

Bake until granola edges are golden brown, but middle is still soft. Then allow to cool before breaking into chunks.

How Should I Store Leftovers?

Granola will stay good up to 3 months at room temperature if stored in an airtight container. You could freeze if you'd like them to last longer than 3 months.
