Chocolate chip granola bars are simply irresistible with a combination of gluten-free oats, gooey chocolate, coconut, nuts, and dried fruit. They baked with a perfect combination of sweet and salty and extra chewy texture thanks to a combination of peanut butter and honey. "

Ingredients

Gluten-Free Oats Gluten-Free Rice Cereal Nuts | Coconut Cranberries | Oat Flour Mini Chocolate Chips Brown Sugar | Butter Sunflower Seeds | Honey Peanut Butter | Corn Syrup Vanilla Extract

In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients and mix together.

Let's Make It!

Melt the butter and mix in the peanut butter and honey.

Add the peanut butter mixture to the dry ingredients and mix together.

Gently press the mixture into a baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are brown.

Once cooled, move the bars to the fridge for about 30 minutes to set fully. Slice and serve!

Can I Replace The Corn Syrup?

Yes! You may swap it out for additional honey, maple syrup or brown rice syrup. However, there will be a trade off with how well they stick together and the chewiness.
