GF Graham Crackers Butter Granulated Sugar Gluten Free Flour (1 tbsp for binding) Cinnamon

First, you must use a great taste and texture graham cracker. After testing many brands, I found Schar and Nairn's to be the best!

Add the graham crackers and process until finely ground. If you do not have a processor, crush the graham crackers in a ziplock bag with a rolling pin.

Add the butter, sugar, gluten-free flour, and cinnamon. Process again until very well and uniformly mixed.

Dump the mixture your pan. Then press down firmly and evenly with the bottom of a measuring cup.

Use your fingers to press along the sides, then bake for about 10 minutes at 350℉.

What Baking Dishes Can I Use?

It makes enough for a 9 or 10-inch pie pan, tart pan, bottom of a springform pan, or 8X8-inch baking pan.
