Butter | Cloves Brown Sugar Sugar | Cinnamon Egg | Ginger Molasses Vanilla Extract Baking Soda Baking Powder Gluten Free Flour

Cream together the butter and sugars until fluffy. Mix in the eggs, molasses, and vanilla.

Let's Make It!

Add in the spices, baking powder, baking soda and gluten-free flour. Mix again until well combined. Cover and chill.

Use a cookie scoop to evenly scoop out the cookie dough and then coat each ball in sugar.

Arrange on a prepped baking sheet and bake until edges are set. Serve and enjoy!

Can I Freeze before baking?

Yes! Shape the balls, roll in sugar, and place on a cookie sheet. Transfer to the sheet to the freezer. Once the balls are frozen, transfer the balls to a freezer ziplock bag. When ready to bake, place frozen cookies on baking sheets and bake for 1 minute longer.
