Ingredients

GF Italian Bread Unsalted Butter Garlic Cloves Minced Parsley Grated Parmesan Grated Mozzarella

In a small skillet, melt the butter and oil together. Once it is melted, stir in the garlic, stirring and cooking for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and stir in the salt and parsley.

Let's Make It!

Liberally brush the garlic butter over the cut sides.  Place the halves back together and wrap in foil, then bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

Remove the bread from the oven and sprinkle cheese to the two halves. Then bake both halves in the oven for another 8-10 minutes.

How Should I Reheat Leftovers?

When ready to enjoy again, wrap slices in foil and rewarm in a 350ºF oven for 5-10 minutes. Alternatively, wrap in a paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds at 50% power.
