Ingredients

White Rice Flour White Fish Gluten-Free Flour Paprika | Egg Baking Powder Seasoned Salt Onion Powder Baking Soda | Cooking Oil GF Beer or Club Soda

Combine all of the ingredients for dredging in a ziplock bag and set aside. Then lay out your fish pieces and pat dry with a paper towel.

Let's Make It!

In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients for the batter and whisk together.

While the oil is warming up, add your fish to the dredging bag and shake to evenly coat. Remove and dip into the batter mixture.

Add it to the oil pan to fry, about 3 minutes per side.

Transfer to warm oven while the rest of the fish cooks. Then serve and enjoy!

How Should I Reheat Leftovers?

If you don’t have an air fryer, oven reheating is another good option. Place a wire rack inside a baking sheet. Spray cooking spray on the wire rack and lay the fish on top. Bake in a 375ºF oven for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
