Ingredients

Buttermilk Marinade GF All Purpose Flour White Rice Flour Paprika | Onion Powder Garlic Powder | Dry Mustard Salt | Pepper | Butter

Two ziplock bags – one for buttermilk marinade and one for dry coating. Marinate 4 hours. In the other bag, shake together the dry ingredients.

Let's Make It!

Grab two baking sheets – one you’ll put the coated chicken on, the other is where the oven frying will happen.

Place the prepped chicken pieces skin side down. Bake for 30 minutes. Use a spatula to flip the pieces and then bake for 10-15 minutes more.

Let rest for 5 minutes before enjoying.

If you don’t want to cut apart a whole chicken, I bought a pack of skin-on thighs and drumsticks with a separate pack of skin-on split chicken breasts.
