Ingredients

Yeast Sugar GF Flour Potato Starch Psyllium Husk Baking Powder Olive Oil

In a small bowl, combine the yeast, sugar and water. Mix and set aside to activate.

Let's Make It!

In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. Once combined, add in the yeast mixture and mix again.

Scrape down the dough into a large ball. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise.

Divide the dough into roughly 5 equal sized balls. Roll out into a circle.

Cook in a skillet, 2 minutes per side. Wrap in a towel to keep warm as others are cooked. Serve immediately.

How Can I Freeze Leftovers?

To freeze, stack between pieces of parchment paper, paper towels, or wax paper. Wrap securely with plastic wrap and transfer to a ziplock freezer bag. Freeze up to 2 months.
