Ingredients

Gluten Free Flour Granulated Sugar Baking Cocoa Baking Powder Baking Soda Milk | Eggs Vanilla Extract

In a large bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients. Then add the eggs, oil, and milk.

Let's Make It!

Mix the ingredients on a medium speed. Reduce the speed and slowly add the boiling water and continue to mix.

Pour the batter into a prepped muffin pan. Bake at 350º F for 18-20 minutes.

Cool, frost and enjoy!

Can I Make These Ahead of Time?

Gluten free cakes especially have a tendency to dry out when refrigerated, so avoid storing in the fridge. If you need to make the cupcakes ahead of time, freeze the frosted or unfrosted cupcakes until shortly before serving.
