Ingredients

Butter Granulated Sugar Light Brown Sugar Sour Cream Eggs | Vanilla Extract Oranges | GF Flour Baking Powder | Baking Soda Cranberries Powdered Sugar Orange Juice

In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients - melted butter, sugars, sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and orange zest.

Stir in the dry ingredients and then gently mix in the cranberries.

Divide the batter between the muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes.

Can I Use Frozen Cranberries?

Yes! If fresh cranberries aren't available, you can use frozen ones. Coarsely chop the frozen cranberries before adding them to the batter. You'll also have to add a few more minutes of baking.
