Ingredients

Buttermilk | Cranberries Unsalted Butter Orange Zest | Walnuts Orange Juice Eggs | Sugar Vanilla Extract Gluten-Free Flour Baking Powder Baking Sugar

In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the wet ingredients.

Let's Make It!

In a large bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients.

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry and stir. Then add in the cranberries and walnuts.

Pour the batter into a prepped loaf pan and bake until the top is golden. Allow to cool, then drizzle on the glaze.

Can I Substitute The Buttermilk?

Yes! Place 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar in a liquid measuring cup. Fill up with milk or non-dairy milk to the 2/3 cup mark. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes.
