Ingredients

Red Potatoes Baby Carrots Cabbage Flat-Cut Corned Beef Apple Juice Brown Sugar Whole Ground Mustard Butter

Place the potatoes and carrots on the bottom of a crock pot.

Let's Make It!

Lay the corned beef brisket on top of the vegetables and lay the cabbage over the top. Pour the apple juice mixture over everything.

Cover and cook on LOW for 10-12 hours or until very tender. Slice and enjoy!

What Are Some Alterations?

– For a less sweet version, cover with water, gluten-free beer, GF beef broth or a combination instead of apple juice. – For additional seasonings, throw in 2 bay leaves, a couple garlic cloves, and the spice packet.
