Ingredients

Unsalted Butter Light Brown Sugar Granulated Sugar Vanilla Extract Eggs Gluten Free Flour Baking Soda Chocolate Chips

In a large bowl beat together the melted butter, egg, and sugars. Add the dry ingredients and mix to combine.

Let's Make It!

Stir in the chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Use a cookie scoop to scoop out the cookie dough evenly. Place dough balls on a prepped baking sheet.

Bake until the edges are firm and middle is still soft.

freezing & storing

Drop portioned cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze until solid. Once the cookies are hard, transfer to a ziplock freezer bag and freeze up to 3 months.
