Ingredients

Blueberry | Sugar Cornstarch | Lemon Juice Gluten-Free Flour Granulated Sugar Baking Powder Unsalted Butter | Milk

In a large bowl, mix together the filling ingredients. Then put in a baking dish and set aside.

Let's Make It!

Whisk together the dry ingredients. Then add the chilled butter pieces and mix using a fork.

Gently stir in the milk until no flour pockets remain. Pat the dough into flat rounds and place on top of fruit filling.

Sprinkle the top with coarse sugar for about 35 minutes. Then serve with ice cream and enjoy!

Can I Use Frozen Blueberries?

Yes! Either fresh and frozen blueberries may be used. Frozen fruit does not have to be thawed before baking. Take them straight from the freezer to your cobbler!
