Crispy, baked gluten-Free chicken is breaded in almond flour and parmesan for an easy weeknight dinner! Turn almond flour chicken into nuggets, tenders, or breaded chicken breasts.

Purchase chicken cutlets or pound breasts evenly thin. 

Toss chicken in olive oil. 

Mix together almond flour, parmesan, and seasonings. 

Dip chicken in to coat on both sides and bake for 15 minutes. 

Can I use something besides almond flour?

Yes! Use gluten-free breadcrumbs, crushed potato chips, pork rinds, or crushed gluten-free pretzels.
