Ingredients

Chicken Wings Baking Powder Cornstarch Garlic Powder Smoked Paprika

Lay a paper towel on a baking sheet, then spread out the chicken wings on top. Put another layer of paper towels on top, then press to dry the chicken.

Let's Make It!

Add all of the seasonings to a Ziplock bag, then shake to mix. Add in the chicken wings and shake to evenly coat them.

Place aluminum foil on the baking sheet, then put a wire rack on top. Place seasoned chicken on top.

Bake the chicken at 250℉ for 30 minutes. Increase the temp to 425℉ and cook for another 40 minutes.

Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a large bowl. Add the wings to the bowl and toss to combine.

How Should I Reheat Leftovers?

Preheat the oven to 350ºF and arrange the wings on a baking sheet. Lightly spritz with water so the wings don’t dry out as they reheat. If you do not have a spray bottle, I just wet my fingers and very lightly drip some water over the top. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until hot.
