Ingredients

Chicken Breasts Olive Oil Gluten Free Breadcrumbs Parmesan Cornstarch Garlic Powder Italian Seasoning Mozzarella Cheese Red Sauce

In a large bowl, mix together all of the breading ingredients.

Let's Make It!

Coat the chicken breasts in olive oil, then toss in the dry ingredients mixture and set aside on a baking sheet.

Bake the chicken in the oven until fully cooked, about 15-20 mins. Sprinkle cheese on top and place back in even to melt.

Top with the red sauce and serve.

Can I Use Other Types Of Cheese?

You can absolutely use other types of cheese. Mozzarella is a cow’s milk cheese that is often used in Italian cooking. To keep the flavor I recommend substituting provolone, havari, gruyere, fontina,  or gouda.
