Crust Ingredients: Almond Flour | Granulated Sugar Butter | Eggs Filling Ingredients: Cream Cheese | Sour Cream Vanilla Extract | Powdered Sugar Heavy Cream

Mix together the crust ingredients, shape the crust in a springform pan, and then bake for 22 minutes.

Let's Make It!

In a medium bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

In a separate bowl mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and powdered sugar. Fold together the whipped cream and cream cheese mixture.

Add the filling to the cooled crust and spread evenly. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours, then serve and enjoy!

Are There Other Crust Options?

Yes! You can make a delicious Chex Crust or a Oatmeal Pie Crust, which are both still gluten free.
