Ingredients

Gluten-Free Flour Baking Powder Garlic Powder Sugar Baking Soda Butter Yogurt Egg Lemon Juice

Whisk together all of the dry ingredients. Then cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly.

Let's Make It!

In a small bowl, whisk together all of the wet ingredients. Then combine it with the dry ingredients and cheese.

Cover the dough in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.

Use a greased measuring cup to scoop out the dough. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-17 minutes.

Some Helpful Tips:

– You can substitute sour cream for the yogurt with great results. I’ve also substituted vanilla yogurt without affecting the taste. – Using sharp cheddar really gives a great cheese flavor, but mild cheddar may be substituted
