Ingredients

Gluten Free Flour Instant Rise Yeast Psyllium Husk Powder Baking Powder Eggs Honey Vegetable Oil

In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients on low speed.

Let's Make It!

Add in the wet ingredients and mix for 5 minutes.

Evenly spread out the batter in a greased baking pan. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes.

Cook the bread in the middle rack of the oven. Take out and allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.

Do I Have To Use psyllium husk?

I’ve made the bread multiples with and without the psyllium husk powder. It doesn’t affect the taste, but it does help maintain moisture, prevents the bread from becoming crumbly, and makes it softer.
