Ingredients

Fruit Filling: Blueberries | Sugar Cornstarch | Lemon Juice Cobbler Topping: Gluten-Free Flour | Butter Granulated Sugar | Milk Baking Powder

Combine all of the filling ingredients in a bowl, mix together, and then spread on the bottom of a baking dish

Let's Make It!

For the cobbler topping, combine the dry ingredients and mix in the butter. Stir in the milk.

Pat the biscuits into disks and place on your fruit filling.

Bake the dish for 40-45 minutes, serve with ice cream, and enjoy!

Can I Use Frozen Blueberries?

Yes, and they do not have to be thawed beforehand. Make sure to account for the extra liquid, so the bake time could increase!
