Butter Granulated Sugar Eggs | Sliced Almonds Vanilla Extract Orange Zest Baking Powder Baking Soda GF Flour Chocolate Chips

In a large bowl, mix together the butter and sugar. Then add in the eggs, orange zest and extracts.

Let's Make It!

Mix in the remaining dry ingredients. Then stir in the optional sliced almonds.

Divide the dough in half and shape into flat logs. Brush with an egg wash for a shiny crust.

Bake for 25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean, then let it cool on a cooling rack.

Slice the biscotti and place on a baking sheet and toast on each side. If desired, dip ends in melted chocolate.

How Should I Store Leftovers?

To store biscotti, place in an airtight container or tin at room temperature up to 3 weeks. Avoid refrigerating biscotti.To store longer, gluten-free biscotti may also be frozen.
