Granulated Sugar Brown Sugar | Cinnamon Sour Cream | Butter Eggs | Bananas Banana Extract Vanilla Extract Gluten Free Flour Baking Powder  Baking Soda | Buttermilk

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugars, butter, oil, and sour cream and mix together.

Let's Make It!

Add in the eggs and extracts. Alternate between adding the dry ingredients with buttermilk.

Evenly divide the batter between the two prepped cake pans. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes before baking for about 35 minutes at 350℉.

Beat together the whipped cream cheese frosting until very light and fluffy.

Frost the layers, serve and enjoy!

Can I Make This Ahead of Time?

Yes! To make this cake ahead of time, I recommend making the entire frosted cake and then freezing until solid. Once frozen, wrap securely in several layers of plastic wrap and cover with foil.
