Ingredients

Unsalted Butter Brown Sugar Sugar | Cinnamon Eggs | Ginger Vanilla Extract Molasses | Ground Cloves All Purpose Flour Baking Soda Chocolate Chips

In a large bowl beat together the butter with sugars. Add the egg, molasses, and vanilla.

Let's Make It!

Mix in the dry ingredients and spices. Stir in the optional chocolate chips and refrigerate.

Use a cookie scoop to scoop out the dough. Roll the dough balls in sugar and place on prepped baking sheet

Bake the cookies until golden brown, soft and chewy, about 8-10 minutes.

Can I Make These Gluten-Free?

Yes! Simply replace the all purpose flour with gluten free flour. You also might need to add an additional minute or two while baking for the cookies to fully set
