Sugar Flour Eggs Buttermilk Sweetened Condensed Milk Lemon Juice Vanilla Pie Crust Fresh Blueberries

Whisk together all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Let's Make It!

Add in the buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk well.

Pour the custard mixture into the pie crust and bake until the filling sets. Set aside to cool.

Prep the blueberry topping mixture. Allow the topping to cool before adding it to the pie and serving.

How To Know When The Custard Is Set

One way to check if the custard filling is set is the top will look slightly puffed out and dry. Around the edges the custard may start to crack slightly.
